Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Project Delivery Specialist, you’ll be the operational of our client engagements. Acting as both a project coordinator and client success partner, you’ll ensure that projects are delivered on time, to spec, and with high client satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll liaise between internal teams and clients to coordinate timelines, support campaign execution, resolve issues, and identify improvement opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented professional with a knack for project management, relationship building, and digital campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

. 1. Project Coordination & Client Communication

  • Assist in planning and coordinating digital marketing project timelines and deliverables.
  • Support senior delivery managers in defining project scope, goals, and success metrics.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, and documentation.
  • Act as the point of contact between internal teams and clients for project updates.
  • Communicate project status, risks, delays, and next steps clearly to all stakeholders.
  1. Campaign Execution Support
  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Search, Display, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media.
  • Conduct quality checks (QA) on campaign assets to ensure brand and technical accuracy.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with data collection and reporting.
  • Identify areas for optimization and share insights with internal channel specialists.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Served as the main day-to-day contact for client communications and requests.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through clear and proactive communication.
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations and solutions to improve client outcomes.
  1. Internal Collaboration & Process Support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on project deliverables and timelines.
  • Ensure all team members are informed and equipped to meet client and project requirements.
  • Help resolve issues, identify workflow improvements, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support documentation and knowledge sharing for continuous process optimization.

Basic requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing or project delivery role, preferably in digital marketing or a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills (verbal and written).
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and timelines.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, JIRA), and analytics platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
